The Evaluation Of Water Environment Quality And Countermeasure On Water Pullution In Baoying County

Baoying County is not only the first adjusting code in the line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, but also a source of water supply. The water environment there thus has the direct bearing on the water quality of the whole project. Therefore, it is of great significance to make research of the water environment quality and water pollution as to control water pollution effectively.This thesis combines the census of sources of pollution and makes detailed classification of the sources of industry pollution, domestic pollution and agriculture pollution, then it analyzes the distribution, constitution and quantity of each pollution source, among which, agriculture pollution lies in the first place, then domestic pollution, and industry pollution is the last.This thesis describes the current situation of water pollution controlling in Baoying County, and analyzes some main existing problems. Based on the data of water quality monitoring in Baoying in2009, evaluation method of pollution index was adopted to analyze the current water situation and find out the main pollution sources. The result brings forward the guiding ideology of water pollution controlling and suggests some countermeasures.In the aspect of industry pollution treatment, upgrading adjustment of industrial structure is to be promoted actively, and some prominent structural pollution problems should be solved. The industrial centers need to be properly guided and some strict rules on some new expansion and redevelopment programs need to be adopted. Other include:put forward clean production, develop some ecological park construction; continue to take actions on environmental protection approval; governance within factory and discharge up to its standard; carry out the economic policy of pollutant discharging exchange; control the total discharge of the pollutants in the form of market mechanism; optimize the industrial structure; carry out the ISO14000Environmental Management System. In the aspect of domestic pollution treatment, raise the awareness of saving water, build economizing society; accelerate the construction of facilities in domestic pollutants treatment; enhance the afforesting greening, beautification, purification of the city waterside; make some detailed policies of sewage treatment; speed up the commercializing of sewage treatment.In the aspect of agriculture pollution treatment, pay more attention to the structure adjustment of agriculture and develop organic farming; reinforce comprehensive improvement of environmental protection in rural areas,, adjust the layout of industrial structure; make comprehensive use of animal manure; Meanwhile, put forward the project of water environment protection, the project of sole rectification on the environment along the urban and rural connecting areas, the project of ecological environment protection, and the project of ecological monitoring system.
