As of South to North Water Diversion Project water river and the Huaihe River into the river channel and one,Baoying Lake key wetlands more than 20 million mu,in the aspects of runoff regulation,flood defense,regulating climate,pollution control,conservation of biological and beautify the environment has important significance.To study the environmental quality and pollution of the lake water in Baoying lake,it is very important to analyze the countermeasure and measure to control the water pollution in Baoying lake.This study firstly combined with the work of the whole lake water environment survey in Baoying,the paper makes a systematic investigation on the industrial,urban and rural life and agricultural pollution sources of Baoying lake.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation of Baoying lake water pollution prevention and control,and emphatically discusses the main ecological environment problems in Baoying lake.In view of Baoying lake water quality monitoring data in 2014,the method of mean type pollution index is adopted to evaluate the water quality of the lake,and the main pollution factors are found out.In 2014,the overall water quality of Baoying lake has not reached the standard of functional zoning,and total phosphorus and total nitrogen were the major projects.At last,the paper expounds the guiding ideology of regional water pollution prevention and control,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention of environmental pollution.Industrial pollution:actively promoting industrial upgrading and adjustment to solve the outstanding structural pollution problems,and actively guide industrial enterprises to focus on the layout of the implementation of cleaner production;to continue to carry out environmental protection special rectification action;industrial enterprises to implement the plant management,emission rights trading and other economic policies,the market mechanism to control the total amount of pollutant emissions;optimize the industrial structure.Life pollution control,strengthen the lake on the two sides of the beautification,purification and greening of comprehensive management and life pollution control facilities construction work;agricultural non-point source pollution control,pay attention to adjust the agricultural structure,the development of organic agriculture;strengthen rural environmental protection,carry out the rural environment comprehensive improvement;the township enterprise industrial layout adjustment;promote the comprehensive utilization of livestock and poultry manure.At the same time,it puts forward the measures of comprehensive improvement of water pollution control project,water environment protection,urban and rural environment,ecological and environmental protection,environmental regulatory capacity building projects and so on.
