Research On The Key Problem Of Comprehensive Evaluation System Of Clean Production Of Printing Equipment

Clean production is an important measure to achieve sustainabledevelopment. In order to achieve clean production printing equipmentevaluation, establishing of printing equipment clean production evaluationsystem.through the research of domestic printing equipment manufacturers andenterprises, acquire the data of printing equipment of energy use, emissionsand product characteristics and so on; use expert advice and factor analysis tostudy and determine the clean production evaluation index, construct printingequipment clean production comprehensive Assessment System.AHP and entropy method was used to determine the weight of each index,and process the weight of combination by normalized combination weightingmethod; combined for clean production knowledge, improved the TOPSISalgorithm, and evaluated the printing equipment based on the measured dataof daily normal production of printing business.Using LabVIEW as the evaluation system software platform, focusing onthe design of the USB reading program data, database storage proceduresand evaluation computer program modules, construct the comprehensiveevaluation system of printing equipment based on the LabVIEW softwareplatform.The results show that the evaluation system can effectively solve thescientific evaluation of clean production printing equipment, the use ofLabVIEW as the software platform can make computing simply, graphicalprocess more intuitive and user-friendly.
