| High-pressure gas pipeline is an important part of the oil and gas pipeline engineering,and hold the weight in the national economy, with the development of the high-pressure gaspipeline, its security problem is an increasingly prominent problem. To analyze the highpressure gas pipeline system risk and evaluation risk and then obtain risk countermeasure, it isof great significance for the safety of pipeline operation.In this paper, through summarizing the domestic and foreign natural gas pipeline accidentin the design and operation, statistical analysis to the cause of the accident has carried on. Inview of conveying medium, characteristics of process characteristics, operating conditions ofthe high pressure gas pipeline, the potential risk factors are analyzed.On the basis of introduced the concept of risk analysis, the basic principle and thecharacteristics and methods of risk identification, considering risk factors on the influence ofthe pipeline accidents, the main risk factors to cause pipeline failure are identified, and thepipeline failure probability and the consequences are analyzed; the commonly used riskevaluation methods are summarizes, the qualitative risk assessment has carried on respectivelyfrom the third party damage, corrosion, geological disaster three aspects, and carried on thequantitative risk assessment for gas pipeline using the fault tree analysis and accident statistics,so as to determine the pipeline failure probability.Finally, pipeline maintenance decision optimization method has been proposed based onthe risk assessment. the technical process is analyzed; the mathematical model of the pipelinemaintenance decision-making and the representation method of decision-making model areEstablished. Based on the minimum cost, the mathematical model of optimal maintenancecycle is established, which provides the theoretical guidance for high-pressure gas pipelinemaintenance countermeasures research. |
