This paper research the control technology and method of manufacturing quality andprogress of Mud pump. The mud pump is installed on the300FT jack-up drilling platform,which is the first drilling platform of China has proprietary intellectual property rights. Themain research contents are listed as follows:(1)This paper gives a brief overview about300FT jack-up drilling platform andF-2200HL Mud pump, introduces the structure feature, technical parameters, performanceparameters of Mud pump. It ascertains the demands of manufacturing technology performanceand quality control, and establishes a scientific and effective quality control procedure.(2)With the long-term working at Mud pump factory, this paper formulates the issuesclassification and define methods. The statistic and analysis of15Mud pumps’ manufacturingquality issues is based on pareto-diagram and cause-and-effect diagram by MINITAB.(3)This paper research the control technology and method of manufacturing quality andprogress of Mud pump. It contain the methods of statistic and analysis of manufacturingquality issues, potential failure mode and effects anslysis, column diagram and processcapability analysis, control chart, measurement systems analysis, network planning technique,antual progress monitoring method, actual progress and schedule of s-shaped curvecomparison method, schedule adjustment method, etc.(4)With instance, this paper analyzes potential failure mode and effects anslysis,measurement systems analysis, process capability analysis and single code network planningchart.(5)According to the main research contents of this paper has done, made the quality staypoint of control plan on the basis of the daily inspection.
