Over the years at domestic and abroad are reviewed in this paper about the capsule presentdevelopment situation and the performance of existing products. Put forward and complete thedesign of new type capsule according to related knowledge, and complete capsule calculation andverification through rigorous theoretical analysis. Based on the real under conditions of mine, usingthe finite element analysis and the theory of dynamic simulation of capsule, including the staticsanalysis, transient dynamic analysis and the transient thermal analysis protection performance.Parameterized modeling by Pro/E software, geometry cleanup and meshing by HyperMesh,analyzing combined with ANSYS multiple modules for the various project, and providing the basisfor the reliability of the new capsule structure.1. Analysis shortcomings and the insufficiency of existing capsule, using the inventionproblem solving theory of TRIZ, puts forward the preliminary design scheme of a new type ofcapsule combined with theoretical calculation, using ANSYS Workbench analysis of static stiffnessand strength of the capsule structure. By statics analysis obtained the structure maximumequivalent stress nephogram and deformation nephogram, then carried on the analysis andevaluation the results, obtained the area’ position where maximum equivalent stress concentrate onand biggest deformation occurred under0.6MPa pressure, provide the basis for parameter settingson subsequent optimization design.2. Optimizing analysis on the basis of statics analysis for capsule structure. Using the ANSYSWorkbench’s Design Exploration module, the paper analyzes the influence of different parameterson the capsule structure deformation and stress; provide the basis for capsule structure optimizationdesign. Preliminary optimize the capsule structure size, and compared the capsule structurestiffness and strength before and after optimization.3. The analysis for capsule structure shock resistance. Analyze the mine gas explosioninfluence to the module by AUTODYN numerical simulation. It is concluded that stress historycurve when the spacecraft were affected by impact load, and simplify the history curve forLS-DYNA shock dynamic response analysis of capsule. Obtain the max equivalent stress anddeformation maximum value of the tank shell and the external protection shell. The results showthat the optimized hull is in line with anti-explosion requirements.4. Based on ANSYS Workbench for capsule thermal protection performance analysis. Bringup the capsule heat insulation structure and analyze capsule heat insulation capability on theory.And then using the Transient Thermal module in capsule for106h thermal simulation experiment,get106h insulation performance chart and graph, contrast analysis each part of the new and oldtype capsule structure’s insulation way for provide theoretical basis for the research.To sum up, this is a new type structure of mine capsule, mainly about the new type design ofmine mobile capsule structure. Using the theory of TRIZ(invention problem solving theory) put forward capsule design scheme; multi-objective parameter drive optimization to analyze variousstructure size effect on the properties of capsule; implicit dynamics analysis of roadway explosionwave spreading law; dynamic analysis module of physical performance; transient thermal analysisthermal protection performance of capsule insulation structure. In the end, the new type of portablemine rescue is feasibility verified by relational theories.
