Now, the present reserch works showed that diorganotin compounds have obvious bioactivity, and their activity depends on the alkyls and ligands.The activity of asymmetric diorganotin compounds is more extensive because of two different alkyl groups. At the same time, the compounds containing silicon which can reduce the toxicity.In order to study the asymmetric diorganotin compounds, this paper desigin and synthesized a series of asymmetric containing silicon diorganotin compounds.(1)Nine Cy(EtMe2SiCH2)Sn(OCOAr)2(2)Fore n-Bu(EtMe2SiCH2)Sn(OCOAr)2(3)Tow R(EtMe2SiCH2)SnCl2(Phen)(R=Cy, n-Bu)Their structures were characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and elementary analysis.The preliminary results indicated that the Sn atom of cyclohexyl (ethyldimethylsilylmethyl) tin arylcarboxylates and n-butyl(ethyldimethylsilylmethyl) tin arylcarboxylate complexes containing silicon are probably six-coordinated structure, diorganotin phenanthroline complexes containing silicon are may be formed six coordination structure.The preliminary bioassay test showed that the complexes have a good anticancer activity in vitro against A549tumor cells.In this paper the asymmetric containing silicon diorganotin compounds were researched. And we determine the structure of the compounds. This may enrich the organotin compounds species, and provide more deep studies of the organotin compounds some basis. |
