Lots of research works showed that dialkyltin compounds have obvious antitumour activity, and their activity mainly depand on the alkyls and the ligands. The activity of asymmetric diorganotin compounds is more extensive because of two different alkyls. In drug molecule, whose certain C atom was substituted by a silicon atom was called silicon drug, the effect of the drug will be reserved and the toxicity be reduced. In order to study systemically the relation between structure and effect of diorganotin, a series of diorganotin complexes containing silicon were synthesized in this paper.(1) Nine Bu(Me2SiCH2)Sn(OCOAr)2(2) Six R(Me3SiCH2)Sn(OCOCH2OAr)2(3) Eight [R(Me3SiCH2)SnOCOAr]2O(4) Tree R(Me3SiCH2)Sn(OCOC5H4N)2Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR. The results indicated that the Sn atom of Buyl(trimethyl silylmethyl)tin Arylcarboxylates and diorgantin ethylphenoxyacetate are probably in a six-coordinated distorted octahedron..The preliminary bioassay test showed that the complexes have a good antitumour activity in vitro against A549 and Sw480 tumor cells.This preliminary research on a series of novel silicon-containing dialkyltin compounds with biological activities may enrich the study of organotin chemistry, and provide scientific basis for the exploitation of high-safety and high-efficiency organotin Pharmaceuticals. |
