With the development of the national economy fast, cars, ships, engineering machinery, aerospace and other industries will provide enormous demand for China’s machine tool industry, product structure also gradually to the medium and high-end transformation. So domestic standard, the special CNC system of the market demand is enormous. For now, however, the domestic special nc system and feature development lag phenomenon, has become the bottleneck which restrict the development of the industry. Special numerical control system than Car milling universal CNC system, there are many other requirements. Continuous change, such as in the operation of the feed speed adaptive trajectory according to the external conditions change, according to the external values change the route G code execution, wear the dynamic compensation of grinding wheel radius, quantity of processing, processing into a number of artifacts number after automatic grinding wheel dressing, etc., the special CNC system has obvious difference with ordinary numerical control system. Thus developed is suitable for the special application of internal grinder CNC system, to achieve common internal grinder of numerical control transformation, improve the performance of the domestic high-grade CNC system, enrich the function of domestic high-grade CNC system, developed with independent intellectual property rights of digital high-grade CNC system, has very important significance.Based on huazhong CNC hardware system for21platform, therefore want to design a set of special internal grinder development system, which includes the optimal design of man-machine interface parameter form, grinding wheel the origin coordinate origin and workpiece coordinate comprehensive study, the cutting tool trajectory (empty walk path and the grinding path) optimization of grinding wheel finishing diameter automatic compensation, etc., simplify the programming and operation of grinding machine and improve machining precision and machining efficiency, in order to realize the special internal grinder system optimization.In this paper, main work is as follows:1, on the basis of the machine tool coordinate system, the use of workpiece and grinding wheel, double coordinate system to establish the grinding structure model. Circular grinding system within the structure model can meet the demand for workpiece processing and finishing of grinding wheel.2, the structure model based on the inner circle grinding, optimization of inner circular grinding CNC system parameters related to the process of the man-machine interface, the form of parameters design, scheme of double free of knife, so as to solve the problems of the replacement of grinding wheel for again.3, based on the model of grinding wheel dressing, grinding cycle processing and analysis of the grinding wheel dressing research, put forward the circular grinding CNC system of grinding wheel finishing automatic compensation scheme.
