At present,the development and manufacturing capacity of precision basic equipment and key basic functional components is insufficient,which seriously restricts the healthy development of energy,electricity,metallurgy,shipbuilding,military industry,aviation,aerospace and other fields in China.It is used for precision grinding,precision slewing bearing grinding,precision grinding gear with high precision,full static vertical grinder,at present there is no comprehensive comparative study system,no mature products,only the advanced and mature technology abroad,often see the part of the production has been able to provide formal products.Based on the structural features of the conventional vertical grinder,the vertical grinder is designed to improve the stiffness,accuracy and stability of the vertical grinder.The design theory and principle of the full static vertical grinder are comprehensively expounded in this paper.Parametric modeling and static and dynamic performance analysis of the full static vertical grinder are carried out(Finite element simulation).The internal feedback closed throttling principle is put forward,and the static pressure components are designed by using the internal feedback closed hydrostatic throttling principle,including hydrostatic guideway,hydrostatic bearing,hydrostatic turntable,hydrostatic spindle part and so on.Aiming at the characteristics of these internal feedback closed throttling hydrostatic components,three dimensional design and finite element analysis and calculation of these hydrostatic components are carried out one by one,and static and dynamic performances of these hydrostatic components are analyzed.Design hydrostatic guideway and hydrostatic bearings,hydrostatic turntable,hydrostatic spindle test bench,the actual performance feedback closed hydrostatic test in these parts,the results of the experiment,test analysis,and the theoretical analysis and testing data were compared,to provide a basis for selecting static parts static vertical grinder.The optimized design of the static pressure functional components is applied to the vertical grinder,and the all static pressure vertical grinder is realized.The 3D design modeling of the full static vertical grinder is carried out,and the structure is optimized through static and dynamic performance analysis.The foundation for improving the rigidity,precision and stability of vertical grinder is provided.
