Precision spindle system is an important part of internal grinder, the performance ofprecision spindle affects the inner hole grinding quality to a large extent. Spindle rotaryprecision grinder performance measure as an important index of inner circle, is an importantparameter for evaluating the quality of precision spindle system. The supporting structure,spindle structure of spindle system, the stress state of spindle drive form to have the effects ofspindle rotating accuracy of important, therefore, to carry out the related research of thespindle system has a very important significance.The workpiece spindle system of Zhengzhou second machine tool plant Z2-015precision CNC Internal Grinder as the research object, in order to improve the performance ofspindle system of grinding inner circle for the purpose, to analyze and research to theimportant factors affecting the performance of the spindle system. The main topics werecarried out from the following aspects: the system structure and key technology of rotaryprecision of spindle rotation accuracy, system test and grinding quality evaluation, the spindlesystem design and static force analysis. This paper mainly does the following work.1. Analysis of the spindle structure. The main structural features of the dynamic andstatic pressure spindle, electric spindle system and rolling bearing spindle system of threekinds of internal grinder spindle system and the influence of rotary accuracy of keytechnologies were analyzed and studied, and the rotary accuracy, rigidity, bearing capacityand other aspects of analysis and comparison of performance.2. Testing method of rotary precision of spindle system. Through the analysis ofadvantages and disadvantages of several methods of accuracy inspection and the scope ofapplication, the internal grinder spindle system, constructed a comprehensive inspectionsystem based on the grinding quality monitoring power sensing technology. Through thegrinding experiment, making power monitoring system of comprehensive evaluation method for processing precision of spindle rotating accuracy and grinding, and the grinding processparameters and stability of small hole machining accuracy and the inner circle grindingmachine.3. The spindle system design. Aiming at the inner circle grinding machine spindle systemexisting problems, in order to improve the spindle axial bearing performance and motionstability as the goal, optimizing the spindle structure. Face-to-face arrangement structurethrough the use of precision angular contact ball bearing double-row, lifting shaft axial loadcarrying capacity; by adopting the structure of synchronous belt transmission, to reducevibration of spindle motor of spindle influence the way, enhance the spindle motion stability;by the end of the spindle of the3D entity modeling, finite element analysis of the obtainedstatic, spindle structure the stress, strain and deformation, study the static characteristics, toensure that meet the requirements of rigidity of spindle.
