The problem of Construction and Demolition waste(C&D waste) has graduallyevolved into social issues; it has become a major factor of affecting the development ofurban construction. The more and more Construction and Demolition waste(C&D waste),and the low utilization rate, has become not only a huge threat to the ecologicalenvironment, but also a waste of resources. These circumstances were taken intoaccount in this paper, and the relevant literature was read and arranged, to investigateand analyze the current handling situation of the Construction and Demolitionwaste(C&D waste), then proposed a utilization model of C&D waste on-site, and takenthe extension comprehensive evaluation of the utilization model of C&D waste. Themain contents of this paper are as follows:First, the utilization model of C&D waste on-site was proposed, and its feasibilityof the economic, social and environmental were analyzed, then the conclusion that it hascertain benefits on economic, social and environment was drawn.Secondly, combined the current utilization model of C&D waste with theutilization model of C&D waste on-site,10kinds of different utilization model of C&Dwaste were set out; based on the theory of Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMStheory),the evaluation index system of the utilization model of C&D waste was built;taken the Rough Set theory (RS theory) as the theoretical foundation,the redundantindexes of the evaluation index system of the utilization model of C&D waste weredeleted, and the weight of the reminding indexes were computed.Thirdly, based on the optimized evaluation index system of the utilization model ofC&D waste,10kinds of different utilization model of C&D waste were taken to theextension comprehensive evaluation, reached a conclusion that the improved model combined on-site with concentrate utilization of C&D waste has the best comprehensivebenefit, and it’s the optimum utilization model of C&D waste in our country.At last, according to exited problems of C&D waste utilization, some suggestionswere put forward to further improve the low utilization rate of C&D waste in ourcountry, in order to make more achievements and breakthroughs on the field of f C&Dwaste utilization.
