In this paper,Liaohe mixed heavy oil is used to investigate the effect of solvent deasphalting process condition on the yield and property of deasphalted oil,and the process condition is optimized.Deoiled asphalt and paving asphalt are mixed to prepare A-grade paving asphalt and hard asphalt.At the same time,the product distribution of coking unit after blending deoiled asphalt is investigated,the purpose is to achieve efficient use of heavy oil.Using propane as solvent,the effect of extraction temperature and solvent ratio on the yield and property of deasphalted oil is investigated.The result show that with the increase of extraction temperature,the solubility of propane to residue gradually decrease,and the selectivity gradually enhance.Therefore the yield of DAO gradually reduce,the carbon residue,content of metal,viscosity are gradually reduce,and the he viscosity index is no obvious change.The deasphalted oil’s yield of Liaohe mixed heavy oil vacuum residue is 29.59 wt%,when the condition of extraction pressure is SPS+1 MPa,solvent ratio is SAS+1,and extraction temperature is STS+30℃.Deasphalted oil’s carbon residue less than 1.5 wt%and flash point more than 270℃,the content of C7 insoluble is less than 50μg/g,property meets the requirement of hydrotreating feed.The blending test of de-oiled asphalt and paving asphalt show that the softening point of the blended product increase linearly with the increase of the blending ratio(the proportion of de-oiled asphalt to the total weight of the sample),and the relationship between the penetration and the blending ratio meet the exponential decay function.Proposing the linear estimation method of softening point and the equivalent estimation method of penetration,which can effectively predict the penetration and softening point of blended product and reduce the number of experiment.Deoiled asphalt can obviously improve the high temperature performance and temperature susceptibility of paving asphalt.Blending with 110#heavy traffic asphalt,when the blending ratio is 6.5 wt%and 12.5 wt%,we can obtain the 90#A and 70#A grade paving asphalt meeting the JTG F40-2004 standard.When the blending ratio is 45wt%,we can obtain 25#hard asphalt meeting JT/T 1309-2020 standard.Deoiled asphalt blend with 70#heavy traffic asphalt,when the blending ratio is 6.0 wt%and 39.0 wt%,we can obtain 70#A-grade asphalt meeting the JTG F40-2004 standard and 25#hard asphalt meeting the JT/T 1309-2020 standard.Deoiled asphalt blend with 50#heavy traffic asphalt,when the blending ratio is 20 wt%,30 wt%,40 wt%,we can obtain the15#,25#,35#hard asphalt meeting the JT/T 1309-2020 standard.The coking result of residue blend with deoiled asphalt show that the yield of gas and coke increase,while the yield of liquid decrease.When the blending ratio of deoiled asphalt increase from 10 wt%to 30 wt%,the gas yield increase from 9.8 wt%to 10.6wt%,the total liquid yield decrease from 61.7 wt%to 55.6 wt%,and the coke yield increase from 28.5 wt%to 33.8 wt%.The coke yield is about 1.34 times of the carbon residue value of the feedstock. |
