Metal-Organic Polymers, also known as coordination polymers, are a type ofself-assembly formed by organic ligands and metal ions. They are a new type of solid material,which have an extensive application prospect. In the past decade, metal-organic polymersattract people’s interest, because of their unique structural features, rich topologies andpromising applications in ion-exchange, gas adsorption, catalysis and chiral separation.In this paper, seven new polymers have been synthesized through hydrothermaltechnology with a series of multinitrogenhetero-cyclicligands2-(2-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline(L1)、2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo-[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline)(L2)、2-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline(L3)、2-amino-4-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)phenol(L4), carboxylate ligands,Cd(II)、Pb(II)、Fe(II)、Cu(II)、Mn(II) metal center. And these polymers are characterized byX-ray, IR spectrum, element analysis, thermo gravimetry analysis and fluorescentspectroscopy.
