Research On The Training Arms Of Nc Professional Talents In Higher Vocational Education In Career Development Perspective

Rapid development of the NC professional education trained a large number of professionals, which made some contribution to the development of manufacturing and economy of our society. However, outstanding problems exist meantime. The rapid development of information technology has put forward higher requirements to talents. But, there is a wide gap between the professional competence of students and job requirements. Students’ competence of career development is weak. On the one hand, this can not satisfy the necessary of technical personnel for economic restructuring. On the other hand, the weak competence of career development will hinder students’ career planning and long-term development.In the perspective of career development, this passage researched on personnel training in training objectives, training content, training process and evaluation process.
