| Due to the specificity of the heavy machinery’s assembly process, manual workers arestill necessary for assembly operations. This sets a higher demand on the operators. Besides,this often requires the operators form a team to complete the assembly task. Therefore, theteam has an increasingly important position in the assembly process. And the productionefficiency of line, the product quality has close relationships with the efficiency of teamworkand the operating quality of the team. Promoting the efficiency of teamwork and theoperating quality of the team can improve the product quality and promote the efficiency ofthe line to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Appropriate task assignment canmake team get a higher efficiency. And research on the human cooperative performancemodel of team can improve the operating quality. Therefore, research on task assignment andhuman cooperative performance model of team in the assembly operation has an importanttheoretical and practical significance.This paper, with the heavy machinery’s assembly process as background and theteamwork as the research object, is conducted studies from two respects for the process ofteam cooperative performance. Firstly, external research is conducted. Regarding theindividual differences of operators’ skills, it is necessary to study the task assignment of team.Second one is to conduct internal research. Regarding the human cooperative performance asa series of cooperative states and trace points, a theoretical modeling study has beenperformed for the cooperative behaviors from operation procedures and their psychologies.Firstly, in this paper, a Petri net model of the team cooperative process is established byusing the Petri net modeling approach. And a state transition matrix is used to control thedynamic running of the model. Theoretically, all the schemes are enumerated in the dynamicrunning. But it is very cumbersome. Therefore, heuristic search method is used to find thelocal optimal solution of task assignment plan.Secondly, the human cooperative performance of team is studied from the microcosmicangle and is divided by some special cooperative states. The cognitive psychological processof the human cooperative performance of team is analyzed based on cognitive psychology.And then psychological schema of the cooperative performance is established. At last, atrace analysis model is established according to the human error theories. And a case is givento demonstrate the application process of the trace analysis model. The analysis and optimization methods of the industrial engineering field are used inthis paper.
