Garment store window, which is called the "silent salesperson", is the showcase of garment brand’s design and taste towards consumers. Every garment brand wants to showcase its creative ingenuity to grab consumers’"attention ","mood "as the creative process of art theory and art with traditional characteristics of our country, to fully enhance the window display quality, and enhance the efficiency of the window display. Female consumers plays very important roles in the contemporary garment markets. They are the most valuable clients for garments industries. Thus, it’s of great importance to study needs, behavior and characteristics of female consumers. It is also important to make the appropriate mood to create a window display market marketing strategy, with the most effective way to trigger their interest and provoke their desire to buy.The comprehensive effects of garments store window display will affect women’s purchasing behavior. There are elements of window design merchandise, color, lighting, decorative props, the use of these different elements of the effect of female consumers will bring a different feelings, resulting in different visual judgments and buying behavior. Based on the female consumers’ behaviors and characteristics, traditional "mood" which embodies ancient Chinese art and culture could be used to create artistic garment store window display, highlighting the modern art design "people-oriented" design concept for the clothing store terminal window display provides a new technical means.This article mainly analyzed the current problems of domestic clothing stores display terminal window, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, according to case analysis inductive analysis, literature review and personal experience. Catering to female consumer psychology and characteristic, a new design of domestic clothing stores terminal window display including artistic conception of classical aesthetic elements, which brought more artistic and creative, was given by this article. In the future development of Chinese clothing stores terminal window display design, continuous exploration and innovation will be needed.
