Coalmine safety problems hinder the steady development of the coal industry in our country. Based on this, our country in view of the coal mine safety accidentanalysis, summarizes the accident have in common, reasonable prevention and control,effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.Based on the mine construction project as the research object, this paper first introducesthe definition and characteristics of safety accidents, combed the safety accidents relatedtheory, as the starting point of the full text research. Secondly, combining with yulin shenhuaenergy co., LTD., mine construction project, analyzes the factors affecting safety accidents,and aimed at these reasons for application and interpretation structure model implementation,enumerate several factors adversely affecting the safety of the mine construction. Using LECmethod to calculate the index weight of these factors in the order. Then, made the basis andprinciples of company safety accident control, puts forward the ventilation management, gascontrol, dustproof and down whole blasting management and so on eight safety accidentcontrol measures. The company safety production management guarantee measures are putforward, respectively from the system, technology, culture, organization, resource five aspectsare expounded.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, to improve the constructionproject of mine safety production in our country, reducing the accident rate, and the loss oflife and property of people. Also it has a positive reference value on realizing the sustainable development of coal industry.
