Research On Management System Of Coal Mine Equipment Maintenance Based On RCM

With the aggravation of the market competition of coal mine maintenance industry, themaintenance management work of coal mine plays a more and more important role. Thesystem for maintenance management of coal mine is just of one information processing anddecision—aiding system，which is based on management experience，information science，computer science and systematic science，and aimed to realize the modernization ofmaintenance management of coal mine．The management system of coal mining equipment maintenance based on RCM ismainly researched in this paper．Firstly, on the basis of the existed results, the presentcondition of coal mine maintenance management is analyzed, the problems and disadvantagesare discussed and the management system of coal mine equipment maintenance based onRCM is proposed．Secondly, the theory and the decision-making of RCM are introduced,Meanwhile the maintenance conception, maintenance process, maintenance mode,maintenance interval period and maintenance strategy of RCM are studied. Once more, takingtraction motor YBQYS-55(FuShun electric factory production) of coal winning machineMG500/1130-WD as an example, introduces the implementation steps of the coal miningequipment maintenance management based on RCM detailedly. Then, management system ofthe coal mining equipment maintenance based on RCM is designed with the Visual Studio2008as the system development environment, MySQL as the data storage system, and C#asa programming language. The details of design are given, including these modules, such assystem login, user information management, equipment information management, spare partsinformation management, equipment maintenance information management, manufacturerand supplier information management, administration of statistic forms, system informationquery, system maintenance and RCM analysis. Finally, the system development environmentis introduced, some operation examples are shown. The reliable data of equipment is analyzed in the application system. The result shows that equipment maintenance period isarranged more reasonable, human and financial resources of maintenance can be reduced,reliability of coal mine equipment maintenance can be improved with using RCM in the coalmine equipment maintenance management system．...
