| Through the resources of economic, social and environmental development ofthe two subsystems degree of inter-provincial coordination based on analysis.Typical provinces ecological footprint analysis, as well as inter-regionalcomparative study, draw basic conclusions are as follows: of the whole, theecological footprint increases every year in recent years, but was graduallydecreasing trend of ecological carrying capacity, ecological deficit continuedwith Year increases. Before2003,China’s overall ecological surplus is still in thestate since2003, China’s ecological deficit will continue to increase in2010,the deficit reached0.44256hectares per capita, we can see that human activitieson the environment in recent years, the pressure brought increasingly bigger. Inthis paper, a more targeted and timely domestic equilibrium factor and yieldfactor, by comparison Jilin, Guangdong and Gansu provinces, three betweenour representative, you can see the development of region-wide not optimistic, have a deficit state in varying degrees, utilization of various types of land arealso significantly different impact on the overall ecological environment quitedifferent. Comprehensive economic development, China’s overall eco-efficiencyhas gradually increased, diminishing ecological resources occupied unit ofeconomic output, and maintain a good momentum of development.Comparison from the provinces, the most economically developedGuangdong province, eco-efficiency is the highest, followed by Jilin andGansu provinces, provinces eco-efficiency has further room for improvement.Based on the above analysis, I propose the following: First, the development ofrelevant policies, based on long-term planning to carry out scientific land-planning and promoting the sustainable use of land resources managementdecisions, rational use of various types of land resources and prevent furtherdeterioration of the environmental situation. Second, the development andintroduction of advanced equipment and technology to improve the efficiency ofresource use, resource-conserving land use system, output biggest economicand environmental benefits in the limited space. Third, increase efforts to protectagainst all types of land, making good land to maintain stable development,so that the land has been destroyed gradually restored. Fourth is to seek alternativesources of non-renewable energy sources, the development of green industries, and promote national saving resources, both revenue and cutting expenditure.Fifth, increase environmental propaganda, so to enhance environmentalawareness, so that everyone can participate and work together. |
