The problems of the fireworks production machinery are as follows.(1) a hugearea was needed for the whole, rough production process, operation excessive noise,etc.(2) production equipments were not issued according to the state standards formanufacturing;(3) the safety and quality requirements and unified technical standardwas lacked in the mechanical equipment;(4) fireworks drug dose was higher, and asafety hazard was posed. In short, mechanization degree was not high, the intelligentcontrol technology was applied to the design on the research and development andproduction process, manual participation process was more, and the necessarysecurity monitoring measures was lacked.The characteristics and development situation of the fireworks machineryproduction at home and abroad were considered completely. Based on the analysis ofresearch results at home and abroad and the production line of dust-free firecrackerstogether, the mechanical structure and its control system was designed. The mainresearch contents are as follows.1. The production process of dust-free firecrackers was improved. Adopting theadvantages and disadvantages of existing production machinery, the dust-freefirecrackers production line scheme was put forward, comparing with the currentproduction process.2. The mechanical structure process of carving top and inserting fuses, which arethe important locations of the assembly line was design, and the carving and insertingall-in-one machines adopting the different types of dust-free firecrackers wasparametrically designed.3. A motion analysis was carried out by different CAM curve in the machine;Using workbench which is the function of Ansys, the processing molding simulationof carving on the different shapes of the top edge was done; Through the fall andloudness experiment, the different ways of curving top and the difference of carvingdepth were analyzed and compared.4. The overall concept of control system was designed, each component model was determined, the work process of control system was introduced, and the human-machine interface of the system was designed.The existing processes of breading and breaking firecrackers cakes, artificiallycurving top and bottom were abandoned in the line scheme. The processes wereinstead as follows. Firstly, arranging. Secondly inserting fuses, then carving top.Thirdly, reversing, then charging and well populating, curving bottom. Last,packaging. The whole production was mechanically processed. The conclusions areas follows through the experiment and the simulation. The quadratic curve is the bestcurve of linear the cam curve, and "Ten" word shape and the depth of6mm is thebest way to curve top. The length of curved top knife blade is2mm and3mm oforthogonal chamfering, and in this way its processing molding ideal effect can beachieved.
