Secure transmission of data is the precondition for remotely control automaticproduction and transportation in the oil field, it has great significance on oil field safetysupervision. In view of the actual situation of oil field data transmission and analysis ofthe various processing technology, this paper designed a data secure transmission projectbased on smart card. Based on the THD86series dual interface smart card chip of TongFang Microelectronics, this paper designed a smart card chip operating systemindependently applied on the oil field security transition of data, and implemented thehardware design and software code programming of field data secure transmission systemas well.Firstly, regarding to the security issues of oil field data transmission and thescalability as well as transplanted requirements of smart card, the overall optimization ofstructure in the smart card operating system was designed. Based on an important analysisin the similarities and differences of communication transport protocols between contactsmart card and contact-less smart card, the concept of communication abstraction layerwas used to achieve the segmentation between the COS function module and the data linklayer. Then according to the communication interface definition, this paper realized thedevelopment and design of the command processing module the security manager moduledocument management module in the data link layer and functional module layer of COS.Ultimately the safe operation of the smart card operating system was realized, thescalability of COS and flexibility of file management were also improved.Secondly, with respect to the live production data interactive communication ofdifferent types oil field RTU with the oil field management center, the oil field data securetransmission system circuit based on smart card was designed,which was applied torealize the data communication between the oil field management center with the networkinterface RTU or serial interface RTU to receive correctly, protocol parsing, safehandling,as well as packet and forward the communication data.Finally, the smart card operating system testing platform was build to evaluate functional correctness and stability of the designed smart card COS. Oil field datatransmission comparative experimental platform was build to test the feasibility and theperformance of the secure transmission in oil field transport system.
