Nowadays, smart and wearable devices, after a rapid development, has become one of the fast-growing high-tech markets all around the world, possessing huge development potential.Smart and wearable clothing has become a research hot spot of many experts and scholars all around the world, and has already begun to be used in medical monitoring, sports monitoring,GPRS positioning and other aspects. Wireless transmission of smart and wearable clothing plays a crucial role in the research, this paper uses BLE4.0 technology which is using less in smart and wearable field, has great research and application value.Based on the wireless and short-distance transmission technology of Bluetooth,this paper proposes a hierarchical system for each function module of smart and wearable clothing, and establishes the data wireless transmission protocol under this system. Data transmission format and protocol have be designed by analysis human body and dress environment to validate the rationality of its theoretical structure. In this paper, the data acquisition device mainly includes temperature sensor, temperature and humidity sensor and acceleration sensor, through BLE4.0technology for data communication.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects: 1.According to the research of data transmission in the area of smart and wearable clothing, the sensors are classified and summarized, and the data format is designed.Transmission control, data post-processing and function test process are analyzed and researched.2.This paper realizes the central mode setting and the peripheral mode setting, and realizes the Bluetooth communication between central and peripheral and the UART communication between central and PC by experiment. The experimental platform is set up for data transmission.3.According to the existing data communication standard protocol,this paperextends some protocol content,and designs data wireless transmission protocol of the various levels Under the hierarchical system,and achieves scan connection, data transmission and disconnection and other basic steps by using the latest BLE4.0 technology to meet the smart and wearable clothing needs to wear.4.In this paper, the temperature, humidity and acceleration sensors were used to measure the physiological and kinematic parameters of wearing comfort,And the change rule of temperature and humidity with the change of motion state is studied,and the practical application value of the platform was verified and realized.
