| The dissertation took Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region as the main distribution area, selected the twelve major travel places as the mainly research sites in the Provincial Region of Xinjiang. Based on the data of average daily temperature,average wind velocity, average relation humidity and average sunshine hours from 1983-2013, in order to analyzed the variation of Temperature Humidity Index(THI),Wind Effect Index(WEI),Index of Clothing(ICL) and Comfort Index(C),and used the method of spatial interpolation by Arcgis to obtained the changes of the whole climate and suitable period of tourism. The conclusions drew by this paper were as follows:(1)The whole climate in Xinjiang were obviously presented the trend of fluctuation. Firstly, the trend variation of annual average temperature was increased with gradually and slowly speed. Except Turpan, Bayinbuluke and Altai, the annual average temperature of other nine travel places were lied between 8-12℃. the annual average temperature in Turpan, Bayinbuluke and Altai, higher or lower than others. The variation trend of monthly average temperature showed the “inverted U-type”. Secondly, the annual average relation humidity of the whole travel places were obviously showed the trend of increased with fluctuation, from the analysis on monthly average relation humidity, we can see that, during May to September the average relation humidity were obviously smaller than the October to the April in the next year. Monthly main relative humidity curve showing a "U-type" or "W-type". Thirdly, changed in the analysis of annual average wind speed, it showed perennial Karamay and Bayinbuluke were windy weather, by contrast, the annual average wind speed in the Turpan was less than 1.5m/s; Monthly changes in average wind speed showed: In addition to Altay and Bayinbuluke were showed "M-type", the other ten travel places have shown the left side "inverted-U-type". At last, The changes in annual average sunshine hours result in reflected showed significant differences in sunshine hours in selected cities(couties), among them, Hami City had the longest average sunshine hours(9-10h/d) in the all travel places, in contrast, Jinghe had the shortest average sunshine hours(6-7h/d) in all the travel places, sunshine hours in Spring were longer than Autumn.(2)Variation character of THI: Firstly, The selected 12 travel places 1983-2013 Inter-decadal and inter-annual variations of THI were showed a gradually, slightly upward trend. Secondly, in Spring Turpan was the most comfortable, and Aksu, Hotan, Kashgar and Hami were in a comfortable level. Urumqi,Wuqia, Jinghe, Yining and Karamay were relative comfortable, while Altay and Bayinbuluke were in the uncomfortable and very uncomfortable respectively. Thirdly, all the travel places are comfortable in Summer, Turpan was more hot and Bayinbuluke suitable for seeking coolness. Fourthly, except Bayinbuluke, the others travel places were among in a comfortable and a more comfortable level. Fifthly, all the places in winter were cold and uncomfortable. Finally, determined suitable period for tourism in a year by month, as the result showed: suitable period of tourism of Bayinbuluke was from May to September, Aksu, Hotan, Kashgar, Turpan and Hami suitable period of tourism were from March to October, the remaining six travel places suitable period for tourism were April to October. If suitable period of tourism was divided according to the season, the suitable period of tourism was from Spring to Autumn would be more appropriate.(3)Variation character of WEI: The selected 12 travel places 1983-2013 Inter-decadal and inter-annual variations of THI were showed a gradual, slightly downward trend. Except Bayinbuluke, the other travel places were in a comfortable level in Spring. All the travel places are comfortable in Summer. Autumn was consistent with the overall situation in Spring. Only the Turpan winter wind effect index is between 400-650, the other travel places were cold and uncomfortable. As the winter cold, the general can not go out, but being suitable for the ice and snow tourism projects.(4)Variation character of C: The selected 12 travel places 1983-2013 Inter-decadal and inter-annual variations of C were showed a gradual, slightly upward trend. Among them, Bayinbuluke in addition to summer, the rest of the time was uncomfortable and even very uncomfortable. In terms of the seasonal variation, Variation of comfort index in Spring and Autumn were consistence that except Bayinbuluke, the other the travel places were in a comfortable level in Spring. The whole travel places were comfortable in Summer. the whole travel places were cold and uncomfortable in winter. Monthly changes of comfort index was consistent with the overall situation of THI and WEI. In general,suitable period for tourism of Comfort index from March to October, to be more specific, suitable period for tourism of Bayinbuluke was June to September, suitable period for tourism of Turpan was March to November, Aksu, Hotan, Hami and Kashgar suitable period for tourism were from March to October, the remaining six travel places suitable period for tourism were April to October.(5)Variation character of ICL: By analyzed the seasonal variation we can seen, the selected 12 travel places 1983-2013 seasonal variations of ICL were showed a gradually, slightly downward trend, this described the overall changed in weather was turning warmer, Combined with the analysis of the ICL, Spring(March to May Room) travel Altay suitable for wearing solid jacket and wool cap, went to Turpan would be better to prepare casual shirts and other common clothes; if the tourism path inclouding Hotan, Kashi, Aksu and Hami traveller need to carried cotton jacket, to Ili, Karamay, Jinghe, Urumqi and Wuqia still required to wear traditional winter clothing. Summer(June to August Room) travel, if one went to Bayinbuluke to see Swan also need thick cotton jacket, Turpan was extremely hot in summer, wear appropriate clothing such as miniskirts, Karamay, Hami and Hotan suitable summer wear were short-sleeved open-necked shirt and sandals, Kashi, Jinghe, Aksu, Yining and Urumqi suitable for wearing lightweight summer clothing; Wuqia and Altay appropriate to wear a shirt. Autumn(October to November Room) travel, dress guide recommendations were as followed: Altay,Urumqi and Wuqia suitable for wearing solid jacket and wool cap, went to Turpan need casual shirts and other common clothes; the rest of the travel places is suitable for cotton and other commom casual jacket. In the cold winter, went out recommend to wear warm thick wool sweater warm clothing. |
