Qinghai province is located in the west of our country, it is very rich in resources.With the deepening of the national “One Belt and One Road”concept and the western development strategy, The exploration and development of monoblock exploration base in Qinghai has important and practical significance to resources security, ecological security, economic security in our country. Considering the Qinghai mineral resources exploration and development has a long history,monoblock exploration base as the object, quantitative evaluation of resource exploration and development of the geological environment, can be effective for the geological survey work of further development,urbanizationconstruction and improvement of infrastructurein the area.This paper based on the survey of the natural conditionon the Qinghai profiles,according to the ecological and environmental problems of the geological survey development in the province builds the province’s mineral resources evaluation system geological environment.Make a count on the typical geological disaster distribution surround different spots and illustrate the working degree and development way of the mining activity directly influenced by the disaster on Qilian Mountains coal- iron- Copper- Lead- integrated exploration development resource base.On this basis, to further clarify the relationship between mining activity and disaster.,using weight of evidence, choosing lithology,tectonic, eco-environmental,slope, aspect, elevation, road density, as well as vegetation indices, water density,analyze the time and space distribution rule of the typical geological disasters in Qinghai. Involve typical geological such as,disasters collapse, landslides, landslides,mudslides and other.Firstly,use ETM data, with the area 30 m DEM data, the geological survey and other statistical data, to obtain information of each evaluation factor, the distribution information of the disaster point. Secondly,combine with the actual results of the geological environment of Qinghai mine remote sensing environment survey conducted for nearly 20 years and verify the evaluation results. On this basis, proposea preliminary suggestion ofthe investigation the development in the region.This thesis believes that mine geological environment disastersin this area are mainly effected by its special natural conditions.In Population economic developed areas,such as Qilian,Tianjun,Menyuan,mining development activities in major ecological conservation land surrounding high-density distribution and random pile of slag aggravate the effects of geological disasters.Combined with the region’s resource endowment,paper argues that the district should increase exploration area green, green development efforts.Include carrying out the geological survey prospecting work in the new, modern means aroundthe main water sources,increasing the potential for development of regional geological environment evaluation.On developed mine,increasing the mine environmental governance, ecology tailings reclamation work can effectively achieve the province’s integrated exploration mining activities at the base of the sustainable development and provide decision-making basis for the implementation of the " One Belt and One Road " strategy.
