Smart City is a concept of urban development innovated and gradually developed with the rapid development of information technology and the knowledge economy recent years.During the process of constructing Smart City, it is of great significance to handle the principle of the construction of Smart City in a scientific way. But the research about Smart City represents some problems, such as the misunderstanding of Smart City, the lacking of constructing of infrastructure of Smart City, the lacking of consensus about the way of constructing Smart City.Based on this background, this thesis focus on the evaluating index system. Through the sorting of construction cases and analyzing, getting a completely understanding of the abundant connotation of Smart City, defining Smart City in the perspective of the economic and society, the technology and cultural system, summarizing the experience of construction practice, then building a targeted evaluation system.Among these targets, the main task is building a city system, analyzing the int eraction between subsystems, and presents this kind of interaction relationship in the casual graph of system dynamics. Then based on the analyzing of the interaction b etween subsystems, providing some suggestion on the way of construction practice. |
