With the continuous development of e-commerce, the network shopping quantity is increasing rapidly. Due to the particularity and the limitations of the network, consumers can’t directly contact with the real product before buying, and they only choose goods depending on pictures and advice service that merchants provide, so it leads to consumers’ expectations of products out of the actual expectations. In addition, it can also cause returns, such as the breakage phenomenon of products appearing in the process of logistics transportation. Facing so serious phenomenon of the current returns, how to deal with return logistics has become another way to improve efficiency and competitiveness for electronic commerce enterprise. Therefore, the paper analyzes the effect factors of electronic business logistics system according to the situation, and find out the important factors and reasons that affect the benefits. So it will have very important significance.This article selects the return logistics management system based on e-commerce environment, using the method of system dynamics theory to do the simulation modeling. Firstly, the paper summarizes basic concept and the return process of the electronic commerce return logistics through the predecessors’ research conclusion. Then it analyzes return policy under the e-commerce environment, general operation pattern, the characteristics of return logistics, and the feasibility using system dynamics to solve the problems of the electronic commerce return logistics on the basis of system dynamics theory. At the same time, the paper describes the purpose of modeling, setting up the system boundary, confirming variables and functions, finding out the key factors influencing the system and on the basis of the causal relationship between them, it establish the models between the return policy loose degree and return logistics benefit and loss status that they are key factors affecting the return activities. Finally, it establish e-commerce return logistics model according to the relationship between them.Then, the paper sets a specific e-commerce enterprise as the research object, simulating the return policy loose degree that influence the enterprise return logistics management system and return logistics profit and loss status. The simulation results show that:(1) Under certain circumstances, the greater the return policy loose degree is, the bigger the returns ratio is, and the more the return quantity is;(2) In some degree, when the proportion of no defective product is greater, the return logistics total profits will be more;(3) When the proportion of no defective products is <= 0.6, the return logistics total profits will decrease with the increase of return policy loose degree;(4) When the proportion of no defective products is> 0.6, the impact of return policy loose degree on return logistics gross profit. But return logistics total profits tend to rise according to different return policy loose degree. According to the above simulation results, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, it offers the optimization advice for e-commerce return logistics management.
