Study On Ecological Compensation Standard Of Vegetation In Qinghai Lake Basin Based On Ecological Health

In recent decades, the ecological compensation has become one of the important means of ecological environment construction and protection at home and abroad. The Qinghai Lake basin is a sensitive area of global change and the typical area of fragile ecological system, But in recent years, the Qinghai Lake basin is affected by human activities and global climate change, The ecological environment of the Qinghai Lake basin is under increasing pressure. On the basis of meteorological data, social statistical data and remote sensing image data, the paper used the pressure-state-response model(P-S-R) to evaluate the ecological health of the Qinghai Lake basin, And the ecological health status of the villages and towns in Qinghai Lake basin was divided; the paper used the CASA model to estimate the NPP values of various vegetation types in Qinghai Lake basin, and used the energy substitution method to estimate the landscape value of the vegetation types in the Qinghai Lake basin, Based on the ecological health status of the township in the Qinghai Lake basin, the ecological compensation scale is extended to the township and county level. The following results are obtained:(1) Combined with the actual situation of the ecological system in Qinghai Lake Basin and drawing on previous research results, Used the pressure-state-response model to evaluate the ecological health of the Qinghai Lake basin, The results showed that most of the area of the basin is unhealthy, sub-health, health status.(2) In this paper, Ecological compensation standard for vegetation in Qinghai Lake Basin,The value of alpine meadow is the largest, which is 4715.23 yuan/hm2·a, the value of sparse vegetation is minimum, which is 2956.69 yuan/hm2·a; Landscape value for vegetation in Qinghai Lake Basin, The value of alpine meadow is the largest, which is 43.63×10~8 yuan,the value of lake marsh is minimum, which is 0.89×10~8 yuan.(3) Based on the ecological health of the Qinghai Lake basin, the compensation scale is extended to the township level to get the compensation value of the vegetation. The compensation value of Longmen township is the largest, whichis 9.21×10~8 yuan, The compensation value of Muli town is the minimum, which is 0.49×10~8 yuan.(4) The value of ecological compensation of Gangcha county is 20.49×10~8 yuan; The value of ecological compensation of Haiyan county is 6.42×10~8 yuan; The value of ecological compensation of Tianjun county is 46.73×10~8 yuan; The value of ecological compensation of Gonghe county is 17.9×10~8 yuan.
