| Due to the complexity and uncertainty of decision problems, and the limits of human perception under the complex and changeable environment. People are accustomed to utilizing linguistic valures to assess objective things. Hence, the theory and methods of decision making based on linguistic assessment information widely arouse scholars’concern. This dissertation focuses on the study of the novel expression form of linguistic information, and aggregation methods and its application to multi-attribute group decision making. The main achievements are as follows:(1) Starting from the practice of multi-attribute group decision making, the new form of expression of linguistic assessment information is given, which can reflect decision making information of assessments and importance etc. Based on the novel expression form of linguistic evaluation information, the corresponding operational rules are defined, in which they possess good properities, such as operational closure. In addition, operational results confirm to human cognitive laws, which can effectively overcome the shortage of original linguistic information operation existing "distortion" and "cross-border".(2) With respect to group decision making problems with linguistic and uncertain linguistic information, Based on the definited expression form of linguistic information and its operational rules, we give new operators of aggregating linguistic information and uncertain linguistic information, and further put forward the corresponding approach to group decision making. Finally an example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3) With respect to group decision making problems of intuitionistic linguistic information, intuitionistic fuzzy information is incorporated into the expression of linguistic information and the novel expression form of intuitionistic linguistic information is given, and new operational laws are defined. On this basis, some new operators aggregating intuitionistic linguistic information are given and we further develop an approach to group decision making of aggregation intuitionistic linguistic information, and its application to multiple attribute decision making in the fund investment. |
