Due to the complexity and diversity of decision-making environments and the limitations of the decision-maker's own theoretical knowledge and practical experience,the uncertainties of decision-making information tend to be redundant and interactive.In order to express higher levels of uncertain preference information and deal with the problem of decision information fusion and sorting,this paper will study aggregation operators in the context of hesitant 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy sets and hesitant Fermatean 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy sets,respectively.Its main contents are as follows:(1)With regard to different decision-making needs in hesitant 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy information environments,corresponding aggregation operators and decision-making methods are established.To solve the problem of decision information fusion with unknown attribute weight,the dual 2-tuple linguistic hesitant fuzzy weighted Bonferroni mean operator and the dual 2-tuple linguistic hesitant fuzzy weighted geometric Bonferroni mean operator are developed,and their properties and special forms are examined.As for the problem of decision making based on partitioned attributes,the partitioned hesitant 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy Heronian mean operator is proposed,followed by analysis on its related properties and special forms.At the same time,to meet different decision-making needs,two multi-attribute decision-making problem solving methods are designed using the proposed operators,and the effectiveness and practicability of the design methods are discussed through case study.(2)In order to expand the representation ability of decision information in the context of hesitant 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy information,the hesitant Fermatean 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy sets and related operation rules are defined,and the weighted Bonferroni mean operators and geometric operators based on Archimedean t-norm and s-norm are constructed as well.In addition,a sorting method for selecting investment projects is designed using the proposed operators,and its rationality is analyzed through a comparison with other related methods.
