In recent years, natural disasters such as landslides, earthquakes and debris flows frequently occur in our country, especially in the southwest, successively experienced the "5·12" earthquake in 2008 and the "4-20" strong earthquake in 2013. It’s an urgent problem to monitor the disaster, make plan for disaster relief, and guide the post-disaster reconstruction quickly and efficiently in the disaster emergency. Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) tilt aerial system can obtain the geography data with high precision fastly and flexibly. Besides, it can work well in the area where manned vehicle can not reach. What’s more, UAV tilt aerial system has a low cost and cause no damage to life. Because of these advantages mentioned above, UAV tilt aerial system has already played a more and more import role in disaster emergency. In this paper, after the systematic analysis of the characteristics of UAV system, it has been found that the performance of tilt aerial instrument and the form of UAV carrying platform are two key factors to decide the image qulity obtained by UAV aerial photography system, and the researches in domestic and abroad is still in infancy, the development of relevant hardware is slow.According to the line of comparing the parameters, making sure the types, optimizing the designs, integratings and testing the five oblique aerial apparatus and fixed-wing unmanned aircraft carrier platform, this paper has carried out the following work:(1) Summarized the related technology researches of fixed-wing UAV aerial system both in domestic and abroad, and put forward the problems existing in the current by analyzing these researchs.(2) Designed and optimized the five oblique aerial apparatus. Summarized the camera parameters, performanced indicators of five oblique aerial, and compared them to select the optimal camera as the sensor. Then studied the techniques of five-lens exposure simultaneously, and taken experiment of the research results.(3) Designed and optimized the fixed-wing unmanned aircraft carrier platform. Made research of all kinds fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on the market, analyzed the various parameters, to determine the most suitable fixed wing uavs of the optimized comprehensive performance as carrying platform of oblique aerial apparatus. Redesigned its landing gear, etc, and carried out flight experiments.(4) Integrated the five oblique aerial apparatus and the fixed-wing unmanned aircraft carrier platform. Integrated the five oblique aerial apparatus and the fixed-wing unmanned aircraft carrier platform which have been designed and optimized, and carried out experiments to test its performance.Studies show that:tilt fixed-wing UAV aerial system can consist of five oblique aerial apparatus and fixed-wing unmanned aircraft carrier platform. The system can effectively solve the technical problem of small fixed-wing UAV to obtain the tilt high quality images quickly and effectively, achiving the goal to obtain aerial photography safely and efficiently, as well as to build 3d models fastly and accurately. It can be predicted that tilt fixed-wing UAV aerial system is sure to play a more important role in disaster emergency.
