Oblique aerial photography technology is an important means in obtaining and updating geospatial information,which can simultaneously obtain vertical images and oblique.Rich texture information of the facade sides can quickly construct 3D city model in really and Intuitively,which accelerate the construction of "Digital City" process.Oblique aerial device composed by multi-cameras can obtain Multiple images,when cameras exposure once,resulting in oblique aerial photogrammetric data increased rapidly.Therefore,the in-depth research about 3D spatial data is becoming more and more important.According to the oblique aerial data,the main contents of the paper are as follows:Study the reconstruction of initial topology relationship between the oblique images.For the automatically determined about the direction of rotation of oblique image,put forward a method about automatically rotation oblique view cameras by determining the installation position under view camera.With automated build for the flight,propose a method based on POS information Airlines with automatic arrangement.Study the POS assisted aerial triangulation.The vertical and oblique images for the city of Baoding in Hebei province as the sources of aerial triangulation,to verify the accuracy of the different control points,and finally verify 9 control points is the best optimal distribution program.If the control points have more,the accuracy improved is not very obvious;while if the control points have been reduced,the accuracy can't meet the requirements.At the same time,it is also proved that the precision of POS data is not related to the number and distribution of control points.Study the process of 3D modeling with the oblique images,including the dense matching,the construction of the 3DTIN model,the texture mapping.The building which exiting quality problems,should be post-edited.Propose a method using mask to rebuild the 3D models,which the structural deformation,to improve the quality of the building,resulting in highly accurate for the three-dimensional model.
