A host of specimens had been collected, classified and identified, we primarily chose the vascular plant of the northern mountainous region of Hexi Corrider (Bei Mountain) as research objects and made statistics floristic composition, life form, ecological type of water, floristic geographic element, endemics species, protected plant of vascular plant of Bei Mountain and comparatively analyzed the flora relationship of vascular plant between adjacent regions and Bei Mountain by applied the ultimate principle of phytogeography and phytoecology so as to make the following conclusions:there are 477 species(including subspecies, varieties, forms) of vascular plant in Bei Mountain, belonging to 62 families and 229 genus, including 3 families 4 genus and 4 species of ferns,3 families 3 genus and 7 species of gymnosperms and 56 families 222 genus and 466 species of angiosperms; thanks to Being Mountain’s perennial plant is main type and mesophyte is dominated, the flora being predominated by the temperate distribution types(excluding world component), Tethys, Hengduan Mountains and Tibet Plateau element being predominated; there are 6 endemics,7 national protected plant and 17 newly recorded species in Inner Mongolia or Gansu; by comparison, flora relationship of Bei Mountain and its adjacent regions(Qilian Mountain, Helan Mountain, Zhuozi Mountain and Lang Mountain) are much close; but the similar degree of Bei Mountain between Helan Mountain is the highest; and the similar degrees of Bei Mountain between Zhuozi Mountain or Lang Mountain are the second; the similar degree of Bei Mountain between Qilian Mountain is relatively low.
