Multiple attribute decision making(MADM) problems exist in modern society, economy, science and many other fields, and its essence is: decision makers is to sort or select the best one for a finite number of alternatives by the use of some known decision information, through a certain way. Since multi-attribute decision making proposed became popular, the research based on the classic multi-attribute group decision theory and method has tended to improve and perfect. As a result of the complexity and uncertainty of the objective factors and ambiguity of human inherently thinking, most of multi-attribute decision making problems which people encounter are uncertain, vague, so called the problem of fuzzy multi-attribute group decision. Although the theory and methods of fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making have been systematically studied, but the theory and methods of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic multi-attribute group decision making still needs to be further improved.Currently, the existing intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information aggregation operators can only deal with the situation of attributes independent of each other, and handle the situation of related attributes under the background of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic group decision making, the decision making results will lead to deviate. In this paper, the fuzzy measure is introduced to depict the importance of the set of attributes, the Choquet integral will be extended to aggregate intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information problem and the multi-attribute group decision making in which the attribute weights known is gave.Based on intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information, for the decision-making problem of the non-strictly independent and interacting among criteria, the two kinds of the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet integral operator is necessary to be emerged. Firstly, we analysis the phenomena of the previous failure intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information aggregation operator handling the interacting criteria, introduce the fuzzy measure, define the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet weighted averaging operator(IULCWA) and the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic Choquet geometric mean operator(IULCGM).Then we prove the properties of these operators,considering an approach for solving the interacting multiple attribute values taking the form of the intuitionistic uncertain linguistic numbers based on these operators. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to show the limitation of the previous intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information aggregation operator and the effectiveness of the proposed operator.
