Research On The Sustainable Development And Utilizaitionof Seabeach Resources Of Jiangsu Province

The development and utilization of seabeach resources in Jiangsu province has a long history, but its conventional mode is existed as "tideland enclosure for cultivation and panting and breeding" which has obvious traits of singleness and low administrative levels. With the development of economy, the development and utilization of coastal tidal mudflat resources becomes more and more important and has been acting as an increasing pole for the coastal areas’ economy. Therefore, strengthening research of sustainable development and utilization of coastal tidal mudflat resources has much realistic significant meaning.Jiangsu province has a big advantage in coastal tidal mudflat resources, which constitutes a "golden coast". Since 1980s, along with the rapid growth of the national economy, rapid increase of population, the boost of urbanization and industrializationand sharp drop of farmland, the constraint of decreasing land resource showes vey significant day by day, which is especially showed in relative small area ---iangsu province. Thus, more and more people look into the field of coastal beaches. With the incentive policy of government promoting and stimulating, the development and utilization of coastal tidal mudflat resources move towards the depth and breadth gradually, and the development speed shows moe and more quickly, furthermore, their pattern becomes diversify and benefit is improved continuously. The development and utilization of coastal tidal mudflat resources support local economic and social development effectively, and make economic function and social function play better. Jiangsu has the most realistic choice to make full use of coastal tidal mudflat resources and try the best to develop the coastal areas.The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation and history of the development and utilization of costal tidal mudflat, to study the successful experience of abroad and homeand and to sort out the remained problems and obstacles, together with the practical situation of Jiangsu province, bring out the measures to promote the sustainable development of Jiangsu costal tidal mudflat.This thesis analyzed the development and utilization of the coastal tidal mudflat resources of Jiangsu province and got into the responding theories, and aimed to explore the effeetive measures for the development and utilization of tidal mudfiat, meanwhile, provided a thought or reference on the research of development and utilization of coastal tidal mudflat.
