Research On The Risk Management Of Changqing Oilfield Production Well Logging Project In Longdong Area

Production well logging project is t he main technical means to monitor the development of oil and gas fields. This project is to collect the formation information of the well by various physical means and methods, and a complex engineering project using a large number of machinery and computer. With high temperature and high pressure and complicated construction environment, the construction of the project will inevitably occur. To take effective measures to prevent the risks involved in scientific recognition and assessment, to develop effective preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of risk or loss of risk.In this paper, through the introduction of project risk management, the basic concept and theory, combined with the actual Longdong oilfield block production well logging project of Changqing and features, respectively, using method of flow chart of risk identification; using expert survey scoring method, matrix analysis method for the identification of risk analysis, to determine the probability of occurrence and the degree of influence, take meeting or interview for risk assessment, proposed response plans and measures for reduction of 35, and implement the risk monitoring and management.This thesis also from environment, objects, people and process aspects, take experience comparison method, process analysis and other dangerous source identification method of Changqing Oilfield in Longdong block production well logging project of comprehensive hazard factors identification, identify the risk factors of 153, the risk management of the project has practical significance.This thesis provides a substantial theoretical basis and practical support for the project management, and proposed the response plan and mitigation measures can effectively control the occurrence of accidents, reduce the risk and improve the efficiency.
