Since the middle of 20th century, with the rise and development of technoscience, the relationship between science, technology and society has been changed fundamentally and become closer. Modern technoscience has presented< new characteristic which indicates the scientific activities are being completed by all segments of society rather than the professional scientists alone. The development of technoscience causes new debate problems between morality and interest and needs to seek solution measures.Firstly, this article explains the theoretical definitions of technoscience and the debate between morality and interest as well as their connotations, characteristics and historical evolution. On the basis of these information, the author draw the conclusion that technoscience relates to numerous interest——either personal reputation and utilitarian or national political and economic benefits. All above may bring about the complex problems and impede the healthy development of science.Next, from the point of the realistic questions, the author analyzes the patterns of manifestation and the causes of formation which lead to the conflicts between morality and interest in technoscience. The conflicts have incarnated in the different periods of technoscience production, development and application. This article mainly discusses three aspects:the transformation of mode of scientific knowledge production, the autonomy and sociality of scientific activities, and the contradiction of intellectual socialization and privatization.Lastly,to reestablish the theoretical foundation of technoscience norm by critical reflecting on Merton norm and scientific interest analysis program of Edinburgh school and integrating the scientific view of utilitarianism and idealism. We are devoting to seek a new contractual relationship and the natural connection between the science and the society rather than a thorough break. In order to adapt to the technoscience innovation, the author stipulates a new scientific norm which include introspection, innovations, social responsibilities and moral principles.
