With the development of economy and the social progress, the influence of human activities are more and more obvious, the impact of these activities on the ecological environment, especially the damage is also increasingly significant. At present, the environmental protection work gets more and more attention by the countries and common people. However, in environmental protection work, especially ecological environmental protection work, because of many departments are involved, information sharing and exchange channel is not smooth, the effective management of the ecological environment is under great pressure.Such as the majority of local environmental protection departments, public and NGO organizations are not clear about the location of the environment sensitive area (point), it is difficult to carry out effective environmental management and supervision. So the ecological and environmental protection work needs a quick and convenient data platform which can also accurately display the ecological environment information and features in the actual position, the system can provide efficient and accurate display function, overlay function and simple analytical function, so that environmental protection workers with the aid of the system can deal with problems of environmental protection work such as the location of ecological environment sensitive areas, the regulation of ecological protection red line and disturbance of slow development and construction activities of environmental sensitive area from slow development and construction activities.This article sets environmental protection practical work as a starting point, aiming at the demand of ecological environment information in the multi-source integration management, for the integration of display and overlay, focusing on the key technologies which can improve the efficiency of the integrated display. First,the online data displays fast:the Google no offset data set provides accurate geospatial information for ecological environment information integration, in the visual studio develop environment and also with Net framework, we can use its internal map tiles by C#language to achieve fast display of the online data.Secondly, the fast display of the offline ecological environment grid data is based on the way of the Pyramid pumping layer, and its further layered display is on the basis of the actual data file size.The ’Small’raster data pumps layer by using the open source data conversion library GDAL/OGR, builds a pyramid in the system after writing algorithm, and the’big’raster data is constructed by pumping layers from ArcGIS Server in the external system.it stores through the web map service (WMS) and calls through URL.Thanks to the researches and development of this system, the integrated display and display efficiency of the on-line map and the massive non homologous ecological environment information are realized,it provides the basis for the supervision and management of the ecological environment.This paper is divided into these following parts:ecological environment information database, key technologies of ecological environment information intergration system, implementation of ecological environment information integration system based on Google maps.At last,throughtwo cases-the rural environment based information integration and query analysis and the query and management of Yunnan biodiversity protection priority area information of vegetation coverage, we also test the system integration and customization functions.At present,the system functions including flat panel display (zoom in, zoom out, pan, etc), the basic map operation (distance measurement, area calculation, information query, etc.), layer operation (select, add, delete, etc.), spatial analysis, information integrated processing (editor, save, output, shutdown, etc.), data storage (raster data slice storage and improve the display efficiency) and so on.
