City pipe network is a perplexing network and close to citizen life. The concept of Smart City is too popular to increase the demand of the spatial analysis method of city pipe network. With the development of internet and GIS, the use of WebGIS to strengthen the scientific and usability of city pipe network has become a research focus. At the same time, the maturing virtual reality technology has provided a technical strut for 3D WebGIS. Bring 3D technology to the spatial analysis of city pipe has become the development trend in the future.City network WebGIS can be divided into two parts--the basal spatial analysis and the spatial analysis of pipe network, according to different functions. The basal spatial analysis method is similar to the other analysis method except the analysis method of pipe network. And its implementation technology is relatively mature. The paper focuses on the spatial analysis method of pipe network and explores four kinds of spatial analysis algorithm like the analysis of connectivity, pipe burst, shortest path and profile, and explores there realization under the Web. Using Breath-First search algorithm of directed graph as the unified basal algorithm of pipe network traversal. Studying on the spatial analysis algorithm which also applicable to the loop that including the algorithm of connectivity analysis which can record path, the algorithm of pipe burst analysis which exclude the valve that can be closed or not and the effective algorithm of shortest path analysis. This unified basal algorithm is not only beneficial to the realization of algorithm but also beneficial to develop other spatial analysis algorithm of pipe network. In addition, it explores the transverse section and longitudinal section analysis algorithm of pipe network. The relationship between the fields and flow which in the properties table of SuperMap infrastructure network model are given in the paper.Through the external access way to retrieval an attribute table to establish the pipe network of the adjacency matrix of the directed graph.Extending REST service under iServer.Achieving four kinds of spatial analysis algorithm of pipe network with the help of the class library related to iObjects Java.And extending two functions based on connectivity analysis,called up-down stream tracing and finding common up-down stream. This paper realizes the profile analysis method which supports both virtual reality data model and vector pipe network data model and also supports the entity ground model, completes the simultaneous display of the ground model and underground pipe network model in an optimal way,and introduces the prototype system of spatial analysis method--The Web management system of the gas pipe network in Dalian petrochemical diggings.It makes the spatial analysis method of pipe network can be applied in the actual project.Thus verified the feasibility of the spatial analysis method in this paper.The system also realizes the other basic spatial analysis method and use 3DMax and SuperMap together with the symbol modeling,entity modeling and terrain modeling to complete 3D model design.3D auxiliary function that contains the interactive 2D&3D and the display function of excavation are developed to enhance the identifiability of scene..
