With the rapid development of computer technology and people’s increased demand forGIS, GIS system development technology continues to mature, a growing awareness and themeaning of the construction of urban underground pipeline. Many cities have established ageographic information system of the urban underground pipe network. The same time, thedevelopment of3D GIS and3D City GIS also received extensive attention.3D pipeline into aGIS of the urban underground pipe network. The urban underground pipe network system,including pipeline browse, query, statistics, analysis,3D display and other functions.The analysis of tube explosion is the city underground pipe network management is animportant network analysis functions, most of the current network system used in the analysisof tube explosion algorithm, data model and implementation technology to provide optimalanalysis of pipe burst scheme. This paper uses Geodatabase network model network data aremodeled as geometric network and the logical network, the network data model the explicitexpression of network flow, and the integration of storing data, use ArcEngine network accessinterface extension to optimize the traditional analysis of pipe burst algorithm, breadth-firsttraversal algorithm. Realized the support ring pipe network analysis of pipe burst function,this design has been successfully applied in Dalian Petrochemical mining area networkintegrated management system. At the same time the use of Skechup combined withArcEngine network modeling,3D visualization of the network effect is more ideal. To solvethe two dimensional linkage function, the two dimensional can effectively combine to form acomplementary, and able to3D pipe network query. Terrain analysis is three dimensionalgeographic information system the important analysis methods, such as3D slope analysis,three-dimensional slope analysis can provide project geographic information decision support.There are three dimensional analysis in automatic production of contour lines, such as thecontour line, and so on, have the analysis function can know the terrain, pressure andprecipitation distribution, in order to carry out the relevant analysis of late. At the same time,if the use of terrain data and land use data overlaying analysis, can give the city undergroundpipe network system design personnel to provide great help, in favor of pipe network laying.The main contents include four parts: the first part focuses on the ArcEngine technologycombined with ArcEngine, Skechup modeling, Geodatabase database. The second partintroduces the pipe burst analysis algorithm. The third part introduces the3D pipe networkvisualization and analysis function implementation. The fourth part based on the algorithmdevelopment project--Dalian Petrochemical Mining Area comprehensive managementsystem for case study, focusing on the algorithm results are applied to the system.The main content consists of four parts: The first part focuses on the ArcEngine formation of technical Skechup to combine ArcEngine3D modeling of Geodatabase database.The second section details the optimization of burst pipes of the pipe network analysisalgorithms. The third part introduces the realization of3D pipeline visualization and analysiscapabilities. The fourth part of the project based on the algorithm development-DalianPetrochemical mining area underground3D pipeline system is an example to explain,focusing on the algorithm results to change the system.
