This paper takes the Sanguisorba officinalis L., Polygonum divaricatum L., Carex pedifermis, Viciaamoena Fisch., Spiraea pubescens Turcz., Spiraea salicifolia L., Populus davidiana Dode. and Betulaplatyphylla Suk. these eight dominant plants on natural distribution in Wiener River nature reserve as theresearch object, using Li-6400photosynthesis measuring instrument system to study the dynamic change lawof photosynthesis under the special environmental condition. The related mathematical models about theresponse characteristics of photosynthesis to the light and CO2were established. Explore the Photosynthesislaw of eight plants in Wiener River nature reserve, studied the photosynthetic characteristics of eight plantssystematically. Based on the study of the photosynthetic physioecology of plant, the ecological adaptationmechanism of plant to the environment could be revealed. The results are as follows:1. In this research, Populus davidiana Dode., Spiraea pubescens Turcz., Sanguisorba officinalis L. andVicia amoena Fisch. can use the high irradiance resource effective. Polygonum divaricatum L. and Carexpedifermis had significantly photoinhibition. Populus davidiana Dode.,Spiraea salicifolia L. and Viciaamoena Fisch. can use the weak light resource effectively. The AQY of eight plants are Sanguisorbaofficinalis L.> Spiraea pubescens Turcz.> Populus davidiana Dode.> Polygonum divaricatum L.> Viciaamoena Fisch.> Spiraea salicifolia L.> Betula platyphylla Suk.> Carex pedifermis.2. Carex pedifermis could be inhibited enriched CO2concentration. Populus davidiana Dode., Spiraeasalicifolia L. and Sanguisorba officinalis L. can use the low concentration CO2resource effectively. The CEof eight plants are Sanguisorba officinalis L.> Polygonum divaricatum L.> Spiraea pubescens Turcz.>Carex pedifermis> Populus davidiana Dode.> Betula platyphylla Suk.> Spiraea salicifolia L.> Viciaamoena Fisch..3. The fluorescent kinetic analysis showed that Polygonum divaricatum L. and Spiraea pubescens Turcz.have high photosynthetic capacity and potential. The adversity stress had little influence on photosynthesis ofVicia amoena Fisch. and Sanguisorba officinalis L..4. In this research, Populus davidiana Dode., Spiraea pubescens Turcz., Sanguisorba officinalis L. andPopulus davidiana Dode. and Polygonum divaricatum L. had rather broad ecological niche for light intensity, air temperature and CO2concentration. So, they have strong ability of accommodation in the changingenvironment in the future.
