Since few years, a large number of huge buildings were built all over our country as economy rapidly develop. These large buildings includes shopping mall, exhibition center, traffic hub and indoor amusement park. These buildings not only bring happiness to people’s daily life, but also perplexity. It is hard to find one’s way to his destination in a large complex direction blur building. As wireless telecommunication technology developing and mobile intelligent terminal becoming pervasive, indoor positioning technology born. As the main backbone technology of indoor navigation application, mobile intelligent terminal orientated indoor electronic map needs to be redesigned because it’s obvious attributes and features different from outdoor maps.This paper firstly proceeds requirement analysis for mobile intelligent terminal orientated indoor electronic map to determine its implementation goal. Then the system is divided into three sub systems through data flow analysis:indoor map graphic file drawing subsystem, indoor map information filling subsystem and indoor map terminal reveal subsystem. Indoor map graphic file drawing subsystem implements indoor map file drawing through drawing proceeding and drawing regulation design, using the third party commercial software. Indoor map information filling subsystem’s design take indoor map function requirement and terminal runtime environment into consideration, implementing POI identification, POI information fast filling and navigation information filling etc., with the ability of generating low-redundancy and expressive indoor map file. Indoor terminal map reveal subsystem based on android platform, implementing map graphic file display, map filling information analysis and indoor navigation function, and the system designs hommization gesture operation module and multi view modes, supporting indoor position module integrate.This System implements effective description for affluent indoor POI and navigation information through inventing a indoor electronic map constructing methods. Based on this electronic map, electronic map reveal and navigation function are implemented on mobile intelligent terminal. On the other hand, the system develop gesture operation module and multi view switch module, which make map view window become more hommization. At the same time, the system support indoor positioning function expand. The system implemented by this paper has important reference value and heuristic meaning for both indoor map application development and indoor positioning technology research.
