| The purpose of this paper is to use the powerful spatial analysis of GIS technology, to industrial park Landuse Ecological Suitability Evaluation system of scientific and accurate technical support, reasonable, effective and real-time to provide scientific about land use planning according for industrial park land planning management department. Articles for industrial park ecological suitability evaluation research in our country, the circumstances of less, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of landuse ecolocigal suitability evaluation theory and method, combining spatial overlay analysis of GIS technology, selction the most relevant ecological impact factors of industrial park landuse ecological suitability evaluation as evaluation indexes, give an expert scoring and corresponding weights for each evaluation index, finally building GIS database on the basis of it. For suitability evaluation, using the GIS spatial analysis technology for each single factor, and superposition of each single factor it is concluded that the final comprehensive evaluation. The results of the study are as follows:Through analysis of the development situation, planning purposes and the attributes of development of the ×× industrial park, at the same time consulting experts in the field of related, from the soil, geology, hydrology, topographty, land situation, vegetation and the special value and so on, summarize the key influence elements about landuse ecological suitability assesssment of × × industrial park. To weighted superposition for each ecological impact factors in the ArcGIS softwave, and to reclassfication operation according to the division standard, after this analysis found that: ×× industrial park landuse ecological suitability evaluation value distribution in the range of 1.44 to 4.78, after consuting the opinions of the eight experts, divid the park into five types of appropriate degree, with 3.79, 3,36, 2.99 and 2.38 for interval value, divid the value in the range of 1.44 to 2.38 into not use land, the proportion of 4%; divid the value in the range of 2.38 to 2.39 into the unfavorable land, the proportion of 2.93%; divid the value in the range of 2.39 to 3.36 into the basic suitable land, the proportion of 4.98%; divid the value in the range of 3.36 to 3.79 into the suitable land, the proportion of 2.78%; the rest of the region is divided into the most suitable land, the proportion of 85.30%.Compared with the landuse of the park now, the most suitable to development of the land, those who are not natural vegetation distribution, low landscape value and the slope within 10% of the land; appropriate land slope is in commonly 10-15%, at the same time, this kind of land also have relatively scarce natural vegetation; the basic suitable land slope range between 15-20%, this kind of land need for a certain engineering measures and to restore the environmental damage caused by the development in the process of divelopment and utilization; unfavorable land slope range between 2.-25%, this kind of land are generally have good natural vegetation distibution, unfavorable to park development and construction of decorate, but in the process of development to a certain extent; not use land slope often more than 25%, and this kind of land distribution of advanced water and rich in natural vegetaion, have a strong ecological sensitivity, thoroughly cannot be used in the park land development and construction activities.This paper analyzed ecological sensitivity as a factor in the evaluation index, could highlighted the region ecological environment optimization protection principle, so helping the policymakers to avoid interference with sensitive areas in the land planning. It is not difficult to find that: ×× industrial park landuse has a higher suitability degree, from the final evaluation results, so should to avoid layout industry near the water in the development process, give priority to the industry layout in the road on both sides, at the same time improve the using efficiency of land. However its northeaset slope is higher in the zone, should not be used for development and construction activities, need to afforest decorate the land. |
