Industrial parks are highly concentrated industrial enterprises and an important support for national economic development.However,the high concentration of industrial enterprises has caused industrial parks with high resource consumption and high pollution emissions.To solve this problem,it is necessary to carry out a cyclic transformation for the industrial parks.In the circular transformation project,the construction and improvement of the industrial chain is a relatively popular and effective scheme,so the diagnosis of the industrial chain is of great significance to promote the circular transformation of industrial parks.However,in the current cycle transformation process,there is a lack of effective technical means solving the problems of industrial chain diagnosis and chain replenishment.In order to overcome this problem,a social network analysis technology is proposed in this thesis to carry out industrial chain diagnosis and chain replenishment and other applied research,and develops the cycle transform of the evaluation system.Use cluster analysis to classify the industrial chains in the park and distinguish different industrial chains.Combined with the theory of directed graphs in graph theory,the relationship between enterprises and material exchanges in industrial parks is established to create a network adjacency matrix to construct an industrial chain model.With the help of the weighted scale-free network model,the supplementary chain enterprises will be added based on the optimal connection of nodes to improve and optimize the industrial chain.Social network analysis indicators and material flow analysis methods are adopted to calculate evaluation parameters to optimize the evaluation of the industrial chain,and provide an effective evaluation basis for the diagnosis and evaluation of the industrial chain in the park.The recycling evaluation system is based on the work process of industrial park reconstruction,and realizes the main functions of system information management,park network construction,industrial chain replenishment and evaluation index calculation.Park managers can use this system to complete the information management in the industrial park transformation process,and carry out supplementary and analysis work on the industrial chain through network growth models and industrial chain evaluation methods.It is that to provide corresponding reform ideas and auxiliary decision-making and support for the circular transformation of the industrial park by the analysis of the results of the optimization of the industrial chain.
