Xidayang reservoir since 2003,has become a city of millions of water drinking water supply, emergency water source in the Beijing area, the water hub, as well as the middle line of south-to-north water diversion project is currently in central north China plain area the largest and strongest water function, urban water supply, flood control, irrigation, power generation and so on comprehensive utilization of big I type reservoir. To study Xidayang zooplankton community reservoir dynamic changes of space and time distribution, to analyze its relationship with the water environmental impact factors, and evaluate water environment quality, to determine reservoir nutrition type, to the Xidayang reservoir in 2014 11 sample sampling investigation. Investigation and analysis of the zooplankton species composition, dominant species, density, biomass, diversity index and the aquatic environment factor, correlation analyses of zooplankton and environmental factor, generalized additive model GAM model and corresponding CCA analysis, to explore the Xidayang zooplankton biological indicators and reservoir water quality impact factors related, using comprehensive nutrition state index, chemical water quality evaluation index and zooplankton standing crop, such as indicator species diversity index, pollution evaluation method of Xidayang reservoir water quality and eutrophication evaluation. In order to provide basis for study of reservoir in Xidayang ecological data, to the Xidayang reservoir strengthen water self-purification ability, reduce the level of eutrophication, to optimize the water function, keep clean water, the status quo, to provide ecological support and basis. The main result of this study are as follows:1.During the survey Xidayang reservoir had been identified 16 families,36 genera and 64 species of zooplankton, rotifers 8 families,18 genera and 39 species, accounting for 61%, branch Angle class 11 types and 9 genera and 4 families accounted for 17%,14 species,9 genera and 4 families copepods accounted for 22%, the highest value fall, spring, winter minimum, zooplankton annual average density of 469 ind/L, the average biomass of 3.55 mg/L. Zooplankton species with a total of 11 species, including 6 kinds of rotifers, branch Angle class and each 2 kinds of copepods, annual average density of the dominant species of 351 ind/L, accounting for 71% of the total density, average annual biomass was 2.52 mg/L, accounting for 68% of the average annual total biomass.Zooplankton Shannon-Weaner diversity index range 1.9 to 3.57, the average is 2.9, Margalef abundance index range 1.12 to 3.32, average of 2.6, Simpson index less than 1, the average is 0.8, three kinds of diversity index are characterized by high summer fall, winter, between various points distribution trend is not obvious.2.Xidayang reservoir zooplankton community structure of the main indicators (species number, density and biomass and diversity index, richness index) were very significant positive correlation with temperature, the main water quality factors that affects the density and biomass of chlorophyll, total nitrogen and dissolved oxygen, a number of species were very significant positive correlation with transparency, were very significant negative correlation with the total phosphorus. GAM generalized additive model analysis showed that species number is significant correlation with the water temperature, biomass and chlorophyll a content is significant correlation between density and content of chlorophyll a, there exist certain linear relationship, the relationship between dissolved oxygen is significant, and for the significant correlation between water temperature and there is no linear relationship. Using CCA analysis showed that the water temperature is the decisive factor of Xidayang zooplankton community reservoir, followed by the chlorophyll a and nutrient, rotifers are mainly affected by water temperature, chlorophyll a, planktonic crustaceans larger correlation with transparency, dissolved oxygen and water temperature, total nitrogen and chlorophyll a is the main influence factor, zooplankton species was significantly positively related.3.Using the zooplankton density and biomass index, diversity index, environmental indicator species, rotifers Q value evaluation methods such as biology, chemical water quality evaluation index and comprehensive nutrition state index, to the Xidayang reservoir water quality and eutrophication status, according to the results of comprehensive evaluation and environmental indicator species diversity index method was applied to the Xidayang reservoir water environmental quality evaluation, the evaluation results show that the Xidayang reservoir water for clean water to beta-type in the dirt, and water chemical evaluation index shows that the results of the uniform. Together Xidayang reservoir water quality is good, the level II for surface water standard, conform to the requirements of the as water supply water source water quality. Comprehensive nutrition state index and biological indicators of Xidayang reservoir eutrophication level evaluation, the evaluation results are consistent, determine the Xidayang for nutrient in the reservoir.
