Geological Environment Assessment Of The Upper Reaches Of Xiong’an New Area For National Spatial Planning

The construction of ecological civilization is a major measure to achieve national sustainable development and national rejuvenation.Based on the concept of coordinated development of multiple elements such as mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes and grasses,the construction of a functional zoning system of national land spatial planning based on the "community of life" targeted at watersheds is the cornerstone of the sustainable development and utilization of natural resources and the environment in a region,and the implementation of unified management of natural resources.The Xiong’an New Area,as a gathering place for easing the non-capital functional industries in Beijing,is an experimental field for China’s ecological civilization construction and land spatial structure optimization.It is an important experimental field for the central and national governments to cope with the conflicts between resources and the environment in the process of China’s socialist development.Its development significance can be divided into two aspects.On the one hand,the development of the Xiong’an New District has important demonstration significance for the layout of the resource and environment development and spatial structure optimization in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei,as well as the promotion of China’s land and space development in cities where population industries gather.On the other hand,the Xiong’an New District is located in the Daqinghe sub-basin of the Haihe River Basin.In the basin,there is Baiyangdian,known as the “Lungs of North China” in the middle reaches,carrying the flood regulation and storage function of 9rivers.Building materials and mines,etc.,caused by long-term development of river basin geological disasters and geological environmental risks.Taking into account the millennium plan for the development of the Xiong’an New District,it is undoubtedly of great significance for the development of the region to coordinate the spatial functions of the land in the upper reaches of the Xiong’an New District in the Daqing River Basin,optimize the spatial division of the land,and carry out geological environment evaluation studies for the spatial planning of the land.This article takes the earth system theory as a guide,and takes ecological safetyassessment and analysis as the premise.Through literature review and background analysis of the study area,it is proposed that geological resources and geological environment are one of the key factors restricting the optimization of national spatial structure.Furthermore,the full text chooses the fuzzy evidence weight method to evaluate the geological environment,and then takes into account the natural,economic,and social conditions of the study area,and carries out a study on the regional spatial planning of the area.The main results and understanding of the paper are as follows:1.Based on multi-source and multi-factor data such as land use,soil,basic geology,engineering geology and hydrogeology,geological disasters,socio-economic and population,guided by the earth system theory,the law of evidence was introduced to carry out the geological environment of the study area.Through quantitative evaluation,it is proposed that the geological environmental factors that affect the division of the functional area of the national land space unit in the study area are mainly slope,geological structure,and mining activities.2.Introduce the concept of global geological resources and environment coordinated development from the perspective of life community,divide the research area into four types of areas: key development and utilization area,moderate development and utilization area,moderate protection area,and key ecological protection area,and clarify the land and space of the area Planning considerations.The upstream areas with poor geological environment include Laishui,Laiyuan,Yi County,Tang County,Quyang County and other areas as key ecological protection areas,while Wen’an County,Bazhou City,Xiong County,An County with flat terrain and stable geological environment Xinxian County,Rongcheng County and other regions are the key development and utilization zones.3.Combining with the existing development of the study area,it is proposed that the area should focus on carrying out geological environment treatment suggestions on water source management,industrial and mining land reclamation,etc.on the basis of ecological environmental protection and urban system development,for the specific implementation of the land and space planning of the area for reference.
