| The application of wind energy desalination technology is not only beneficial to energy conservation and environmental protection, but also can alleviate the water problem. Aiming volatility and instability due to intermittent wind energy for desalination system brings, combined with accumulators used in hydraulic systems,this paper proposed wind energy accumulators used in RO desalination systems. This method has the advantage of being able to improve the system pressure fluctuations stability, improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization.This article first talk about the application on the fluctuation of system pressure of accumulator. Compare the analysis without accumulator under constant speed and variable speed system after install accumulator pressure fluctuations. The experimental results show that under the condition of variable speed system of pressure fluctuations the accumulator can be decrease to a constant speed; Accumulator buffer pressure effect and the accumulator volume, charge pressure, system pressure; Under constant speed, pressure accumulator charging pressure for the system of 60% when absorption effect is better; Variable speed, the accumulator charging pressure for the system pressure is 40%-90% of the absorption effect is better.Second, accumulator, the electromagnetic valve regulated system is established. To study the electromagnetic valve, accumulator volume and air pressure on the influence of wind effect of the RO system. Experimental results show that the voltage solenoid valves in the system plays an important role; When the system pressure is constant, accumulator volume,the smaller the inflation pressure, the greater the stored energy effect, the more the better; When the accumulator volume, air pressure is content, the higher system pressure is, the more energy storagethe better effect will be.Finally, the article combined with the mathematical model of the accumulator, establishedthe Matlab model.analyzed the accumulator volume and air pressure on the fluctuation of system pressure. Simulation results show that the inflation pressure and volume of the accumulator on the fluctuation of pressure is not only reflected on the absorption rate, but also embodied in the response speed; General accumulator inflation pressure is higher, the faster response for system pressure fluctuations absorption;Selectingaccumulator charging pressure according to actual conditions, when the system pressure change quickly choose higher inflation pressure, when the system pressure change slower choose relatively low inflation pressure. |
