The systematic of Lygaeoidea in the Mongolian plateau were conducted in the present dissertation.The history and current situation of domestic and international, biological characteristics and economic significance of Lygaeoidea were introduced.The number of more than 2,500 specimen of Lygaeoidea from Inner Mongolia university, Inner Mongolia normal university, Mongolian academy of sciences were organized and identified. According to literature and classification system of Xie, Bu & Zheng(2005),62 species in 26 genera under 7 families were reeognized from Mongolian plateau, including 3 species known fistly to Inner Mongolia(Henestaris irroratus Horvath,1892、Lygaeosoma sibiricum Seidenstucker,1962、Leptodemus pallidus Gao & Bu,2010) and 2 new record species of Mongolia(Leptodemus pallidus Gao & Bu,2010、Ortholomus batui Li & Nonnaizab,2004). Supplemental descriptions of external morphological characters, new distribution sites, keys to Mongolian plateau known Genus and species of Lygaeoidea were presented, figures of 30 imago external morphology and 15 photographs of male genital are provided in the dissertation.According to the data of geographical distribution of specimens and literature records, the fauna of 61 species of Lygaeoidea in the Global are analyzed. The results shows that the fauna of Lygaeoidea in the Mongolian plateau has the typical Palaearctic features.There are 45 species of Lygaeoidea distributed in Palaearctic occupy 77.05%,8 species in Palaearctic and Oriental Realm accounted for 13.11%,2 species in Palaearctic, Oriental, Nearctic ecozone accounted for 3.28%,2 species in Palaearctic, African sector accounted for 3.28%,1 species in Palaearctic, Nearctic accounted for 1.64%. The Mongolian Plateau is divided into nine sub-region based on the topography, vegetation, climatic features and literature, there are khangai mountain forest steppe zone, Lespedeza-Da Hinggan Mountains, North Gobi, dundgovi, South Gobi, East Gobi, western Gobi, Huabei subregion, Ordos pleteau subregion. The fauna of 54 species of Lygaeoidea in the Mongolian plateau are analyzed. The results display that the fauna type of Lygaeoidea in the Mongolian plateau has 7 kinds and 36 patterns.Most species is Single fauna type’South Gobi’has 7 species of Lygaeoidea, occupy 12.96%, Lygaeoidea distributed Widely in the Mongolian plateau and can adapt to steppe, desert steppe, desert and other habitats.The cluster analysis of Mongolian plateau subregions used by SPSS 19.0 Software. The results show that khangai mountain forest steppe zone is highy similarity to North Gobi, East Gobi is awfully similarity to Huabei subregion. Dundgovi, South Gobi, western Gobi is low similarity to other subrigions.
