Myrmeleontidae is the largest of Neuroptera and distributed widely. Extant species antlions of Myrmeleontidae were divided into three subfamilies: Palparinae, Stilbepteryginae, Myrmeleontinae. Myrmeleontinae accounted for 87% of known species. The section level classification of Myrmeleontinae has been a controversial issue and its phylogeny has not been undertaken a comprehensive analysis. The genomic DNA were extracted from 20 species, belonging to 14 genera of 5 tribes of Myrmeleontidae and Protidricerus japonicus. We obtained 45 sequences of the 18 S r RNA gene, 16 S r RNA gene, COI gene. We used Ascalaphidae as the outgroup to make the phylogenetic analysis. The processes of analyse contain: sequence alignment using MEGA6.0. The base frequencies, base substitutions, genetic distances by using MEGA6.0, we reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships of there species by using Modeltest3.7 and PAUP4.0. We can conclude the results as follow:1. Based on 18 S r RNA gene sequence of Myrmeleontinae is more consernative, the conservative sites have 463, mutation sites have 25, average A+T content was 52.3%, average G+C content was 47.7%, average A+T content and average G+C content were basic quite. Based on 16 S r RNA gene sequence, the conservative sites have 606, mutation sites have 73, A+T content was 70.7%, average G+C content was 29.3%. Based on COI gene sequence, the conservative sites have 147, mutation sites have 404, A+T content was 63.7%, average G+C content was 36.3%.2. The average transition and transversion tatio of 18 S r RNA gene aequence is 0.92, transversion is biger than transition; The average transition and transversion tatio of 16 S r RNA gene aequence is 0.70, transversion is biger than transition; The average transition and transversion tatio of COI gene aequence is 0.86, transversion is biger than transition, and the higher of ication is T-A. transversion is biger than transition at 1 site(R1st=0.67), transversion is biger than transition at 2 site(R2st=0.87), transition is biger than transversion at 3 site(R3st=1.18).3. Based on 18 S r RNA, 16 S r RNA and COI gene sequences, genetic distances were 0.003~0.020, 0.039~0.291, 0.070~0.292; sequences genetic distances incloud outgroup were 0.021~0.112; 0.297~0.395; 0.345~0.496.4. Molecular phylogennetic trees analysis: combined gene data and single gene data were supported Myrmeleontidae was monophyly; supported Myrmeleon, Hagenormyia, Euroleon belong to Myrmeleontini; Dendroleon and Epacanthaclisis belong to Dendroleontini; Paraglenurus, Distoleon, Deutoleon and Mesonemurus belong to Nemoleontini; Synclisis, Centroclisis and Acanthaclisis belong to Acanthaclisini. Two antlions of Myrmecaelurini have a big difference at differente phylogennetic trees, Myrmeleon bore has a big difference at differente phylogennetic trees.
