Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungi(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungi, AMF) as the closest partnership with plants in the nature, Exist widely in plant rhizosphere soil and form intimate reciprocal symbiosis with plants. Current research has shown that time of the existence of AMF has reached more than 400 million years, and AMF plays an extremely important role in the evolution of plants. AMF can promote the plants absorb nutrients and resistance to adversity environment. Since the AMF and plant growth and development as well as the evolution, what are the relations that plant systemic with AMF? Research purpose of this article attempts to study this problem by these aspects:(1) Whether AMF infection status is similar or not between the species in the same genera(2) Whether have differences of AMF status between species in different genera of the same family(3) whole plant related with plant AMF infection status whether has a certain relations between plant and AMF status. According to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi infection status of 84 plant species, the results of this experiment as follows.1. All plant species belonging to 63 genera of 26 families were collected. On the whole, total AMF colonization rate of the plants of Asteraceae、 Poaceae、 Rosaceae、Lamiaceae、Plantaginaceae are relatively high. Such as total AMF colonization rate of E. elongatus、S. oleraceus、A. gymnandrum、P. anserina are reached more than 60% that are typical AMF species.2. The differences of AMF infection and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi developmental status showed that the plants has relative differences in the same families, but that are not in the same genera. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi developmental status between different species belongs to the same genera showed that AMF eight infect indexes have no significant overall difference expect for two species of Pedicularis.3. Eight infect indexes of AMF belongs to the same genera in Asteraceae? Poaceae? Fabaceae, Rosaceae, Scrophulariaceae showed that the types of AMF have Paris and Arum. And the sizes of AMF and cells were infected are varied. At the same time, the sizes and shapes of vesicle are varied. Also, the shapes of vesicle have significant differences in the same genera. On the whole, the frequency of oval vesicle is the highest. The diameters of the hyphen generally focus on 0.75μm-10μm, of which 1.25μm, 2μm, 2.5μm, 3.75μm, 5μm, 6.25μm are the majority. Hyphal branch was main four patterns: linear, H, bark, circle shape.4. Clustering of arbuscular and vesicle and hyphas colonization rate and vesicle density related with plant phylogenetic tree showed that to a certain degree, the distance of plant phylogeny affected AMF.
